The first point is managed taking the right measure of the dashboard. The total number of the pins to control are more than 20 so it's very impotant to find a solution to manage all this lines Place correctly the Leds and the 7 segment display in order to fit with the right position in the dash board.
The two main thinks to face on that are the key points of the project and are listed below: The raw n of the table will be the led configuration at the time t0 + n. The first task is to define the minimun time occours from a change status of a led that it will be called t0.
Han in carbonite software#
The software will provide to stream the sequence with the proper delay between each row. The Lights efect sequence is described of all the rows that compose the binary table. The lights efect is like a footage composed of a sequence of different image that changes every defined time interval. In correspondence with the single LED or 7 segment display pins on the binary table is reported the bit 0 when the led has to be off and is reported 1 when the led has to be on. In order to figure out how the binary table is made it's to take in to account that each row of the table describe what leds have to be switched on and what leds have to be switched off. Starting from replicating video found on youtube the real sequence has been converted in a binary table. The first stage of the project is to define the led light sequence. The panel is composed from different leds and four 7 segments displays. The project has the goal to replicate the han solo carbonite dash board light effects.
